Washington State releases a staggering 700 inmates, both men and women, from their prisons each MONTH! Sadly, within three years, over one-third of those released will be back in the system on felony charges to start the process all over again.
The question at hand is
“Why?”
“Why are so many individuals not able to release the hold that the correctional system has on them?”
“Is it really their choice, or is the system designed to fail?”
“What can we do?”
